During the second quarter of 2023, the top-performing business finance and business solutions applications on the Android platform in France showed varying trends in downloads and active user metrics. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

SumUp: Payments and POS, developed by SumUp, exhibited a consistent rise in downloads, starting from 4.7K in late March and peaking at around 5K by the end of June. The app also experienced growth in weekly active users, from approximately 74.9K at the beginning of the quarter to 84.6K by the end.

CA ELS, by Amundi, saw fluctuations in its download numbers. It started strong with 3K downloads in early April, peaking at 3.8K in early May, but then declined to around 1K by the end of June.

Business - La Banque Postale, from La Banque Postale, had a notable spike in downloads with a significant increase from 1.5K in late April to 5.2K in late May. This was followed by a decrease, ending the quarter with approximately 2.7K downloads.

Personeo, published by BNP PARIBAS, showed a fluctuating downloads trend. Starting at 1.6K in late March, it peaked at 3.9K in late April, before dropping to around 1K by the end of June.

PayPal Business, developed by PayPal Mobile, had relatively stable download numbers, maintaining around 2K downloads per week throughout the quarter. The app’s active users remained consistent, hovering around 26K, with a slight increase to 27K in late June.
